Tecniwell Grout Pumps are available in various sizes and power ratings with grout injection pressures up to 390 bar and flow rates up to 585 lt/min.
Pumps are classified by performance:
“Grout Pump” called GP are for high flow pump
“Jetting Pump” calle JP are for high pressure pump
Tecniwell Grout Pumps can easily meet all the main requirements for low and medium pressure applications such as micropiling, anchoring injections, permeation grouting, compensation grouting, grout filling (e.g. cavities in mines, tunnels, etc.), drilling mud injections, etc.
In particular, for backfilling operations in tunnel construction works, our more powerful Grout Pumps (37÷45 kW) are frequently used to convey two-component slurries from the mixing plant, usually located outside, to the TBM excavating inside the tunnel.
Grout pumps of different types can also be installed in 10′, 20′ and 30′ containers to function as grouting stations and equipped with data recording systems capable of simultaneously managing a number of pumping lines (e.g. for dams and tunnels).
Tecniwell can build customized units for a variety of applications for both open field or underground works
The GP45H horizontal mud pump is designed for works involving micropiling, anchoring injections, water wells and installing geothermal probes.
